Come join us for Gathering Sunday on September 13, as we transition from our summer rhythm into the start of our program year. Choir rehearsals will resume at 8:45 am, Children's Sunday School classes will begin at 9 am and Worship Service begins at 10 am followed by Coffee & Fellowship. We’ll lean back into the fuller ministry schedule that carries us through fall, winter, and spring. Gathering Sunday is always a joyful time to reconnect, re-engage, and step into the season ahead together.
This Gathering Sunday is an extra special edition, as our Diamond Jubilee 60th Anniversary Celebration continues.
In addition, Karen Palmberg will preach, and during worship we will also celebrate the installation of Pastor Sarah Winter as pastor of Covenant Church of Schaumburg.
Whether you've been part of CCoS for decades or have only recently joined our church family, we hope you'll be part of this meaningful weekend as we celebrate where we've been and look with hope toward what God has in store for the years ahead.
