Almighty Father, giver of light, we step from the frigid winter air into the warmth of Epiphany. How miraculous it feels to be held in your love, looked on with joy, delighted in. You have opened our eyes to visions of harmony, of oneness with your plan, of unity in your church. You hold the candle that we may see the glorious manifestation of your presence in the miracles of Jesus, the gifts of the Spirit, and the unfailing love of the Father. Sine forth, accept the worship of your grateful servants.
We pray this in Jesus' name, even as we pray now in Jesus' words, saying....
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins, as we forgive them that sinned against us. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, For ever and ever. Amen.
